"I have raised issues with what I considered to be poor Emich service in the past.
Because of that, I feel it is only right to let you know that I am extremely happy with the service "my" advisor, Steve, provided me yesterday.  I brought my 2002 Trailblazer into the shop less than a month ago for a non-functioning tail light.  I had replaced the bulb and socket part myself, which didn't fix it, and decided to give Emich another try.  They diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse and sent me away happy.  Unfortunately, the very same light failed again, less than a month later.  I called and set up another appointment.  I wasn't the happiest customer, but I knew I couldn't find the problem.  Steve met me and said he was sorry I had to return for the same service, but assured me he would get it properly fixed this time.  When he called about four hours later to tell me there was a faulty wire and he had "handled it", I was extremely pleased. 
It's this dedication to the customer and "getting it right" that will keep me coming to Emich for service.  I really appreciate the personal attention provided to me by Steve and the others in the service dept."

"I am very happy with how I was treated by everyone at Emich Chevrolet. I had been driving to Colorado Springs for service at Al Serra Chevrolet Hummer where I bought my truck. Increases in gas prices made me search for a local dealer for regular service. I was and am also happy with how I was treated at Al Serra, but even the extremely reduced price of their oil change no longer off sets the cost of gas to drive there. As long as I continue to be treated the way I was on this first visit at Emich, everyone who helped me, earned my business. Especially Paul, in the service dept., who made recommendations on future service options, including the prices, without being pushy or trying to 'sell me'. He simply offered suggestions based on the mileage and items they noticed while completing the oil change, some of which I plan to return to Emich for in the near future before our summer vacation."

"My father always told me that auto mechanics are all thieves. So when I am forced to go to one I am always suspicious of the things they tell me. I went to Emich because my Aveo was making a strange noise. A disreputable repair shop would have seen that as an opportunity to do some serious money gouging. The folks at Emich zeroed in on the problem as being the power steering pump. I was doubtful about that until I got my car back. The problem is fixed. Not only is the noise gone but my car is running like new. I am very happy with the people and service at Emich and will not hesitate to go back there again when I need their help."

The reason I marked very satisfied on the exterior appearance is there are a few minor scratches on the wheel fenders which need to be addressed.
