Great sales and delivery experience. Wasn't impressed with parts and service so far so that remains to be seen as time goes on. There is a tag hanging between the roof molding and the top of the rear window. Service seemed pretty non concerned. Like I say we will see. The new car experience usually sours in the service department for me. They are going to have to work hard to win me over.

Oil change on my eRay was quick and efficient.

Prompt, courteous, service on my new vehicle purchase.

I took my 2015 LTZ Tahoe in as it was riding very rough. It was over $200 to diagnose which seems steep, but everything is expensive these days! They sent over the estimate for $2200 to replace what I thought were the front struts, but turned out they only meant one side? I should have asked more questions, but felt they were trustworthy. The truck was repaired and works fine, but I did have questions on why they didn’t recommend both sides, or at least give me the option? I called 2x and left messages. I texted the Service Manager 2x. I sent 2 emails. Crickets. I received a link via Carfax to review my experience and left one similar to this. Finally got a response that said the did make a mistake and should have offered to do both and someone would call me I. Next 2 days. This was 2 weeks ago and no call I suspect they didn’t call, as when the other one goes they can charge me another $2200! So $4400 for both sides? Pretty sure it would have been less had they done both at same time I sent another note asking for some future credit if the other one fails in next year. No response I went to them vs Stevenson as they are much smaller and thought I would get a more personal experience. Even though I grew up with Greg Stevenson! Sorry Emich, your lack of following up it not good business. Yea my car is repaired, but any shop can do that. Only great businesses understand the customer experience and life cycle. They failed on this for sure.
