My pontiac Torrent drove onto the tow truck and ran fine but had a ll the warning light illuminated. for $700,00 I got back a thing that would barely run and still had all it's lights on

Day 8 without my brand new car and no one is doing anything about it. They cant repair it as the part is on indefinite back order due the idiot causing all the trade wars. I can't work even with the rental as the car I purchased is an EV and registered as such on rideshare. I bought a 2025 ERay, site unseen, from a video and a conversation I had on the phone with Clint. The car was delivered a week later and was in perfect condition. Every part of the car was exactly as Clint had described. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end.

Very disappointing experience after purchasing a used vehicle.
I purchased a “new to us” vehicle from Emich Chevrolet on June 9th. During the purchase process, I specifically expressed concerns about the condition and tread depth of the tires. I was shown an inspection report that had been completed approximately 1,000 miles before our purchase, showing the tires at 5/32", 6/32", 7/32", and 8/32". I understood that I was purchasing a used vehicle and that some tire wear was to be expected, but I still raised the concern because I felt the tires were questionable.

Great sales and delivery experience. Wasn't impressed with parts and service so far so that remains to be seen as time goes on. There is a tag hanging between the roof molding and the top of the rear window. Service seemed pretty non concerned. Like I say we will see. The new car experience usually sours in the service department for me. They are going to have to work hard to win me over.

I took my 2015 LTZ Tahoe in as it was riding very rough. It was over $200 to diagnose which seems steep, but everything is expensive these days!
They sent over the estimate for $2200 to replace what I thought were the front struts, but turned out they only meant one side? I should have asked more questions, but felt they were trustworthy.

Roger was the only Service Writer that was busy, so I was sent to him for some reason. He did take care of my needs and the service tech was fast and efficient. My vehicle was ready sooner than promised. The waiting area was a little dark and dated, but quiet and comfortable.
