Roger was the only Service Writer that was busy, so I was sent to him for some reason. He did take care of my needs and the service tech was fast and efficient. My vehicle was ready sooner than promised. The waiting area was a little dark and dated, but quiet and comfortable.

I scheduled my drop off first thing in the morning. Upon arrival I was told that my car would not be serviced or evaluated until the next day. You held my car for over 24 hours before beginning my service. Why did I make an appointment for the day before?
There was very little information provided by Joe. After ten days I texted Joe for an update and he gave me a three word response, “tomorrow I hope”. Was an easy process and got through it with no stress. Got in and out feeling good.
Very positive experience with all of the employees. First the person on the phone to schedule the appointment, next was the service advisor Cory, and even the service tech to show me where my car was parked.
Noah was very professional and knowledgeable and made our experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond and stayed late for us when we couldn’t get there before closing time.

Joe A. in the Parts department was the best. He was attentive, very communicative, and ensured we had great service. When no one at their counter would acknowledge my arrival, as soon as Joe saw me standing there, he came right over and ensured our car needs were promptly taken care of.

I recently bought a car and had such a great experience from start to finish. Japeth was incredibly nice, relatable, and transparent throughout the whole process. The finance manager was very thorough and made sure everything was explained clearly. Everyone there was welcoming and helpful, and they made the entire process super smooth and stress-free. Definitely one of the easiest and most positive car-buying experiences I’ve had!
For an experience such as buying a car, pretty smooth. Was able to get the approvals and such done before coming in to the dealership, and once there, it was just a matter of signing all the paperwork. Clint was excellent at keeping things moving along and keeping me updated, and when there was a minor issue with the listing on the website, Sawyer stepped in and made sure it was made right.

Cory was fine to work with, and my actual visit on 4/28/26 was fine and I did receive good customer service, however to get to this point it was difficult. I sent an inquiry to Chevy/General Motors on or about 3/17/26 because I wanted and in-depth look into why I had to replace the same oxygen sensor in a time frame of 5 years. If the appointment time is over, say 30-60 minutes late then there should be a notification that they are running late. I was advised when I went to drop the car off for an oil change, it would be backed up a “couple of hours” , which in fact it was. That’s the longest I ever had to wait for an appointment to change oil
I purchased a 2026 Chevy Colorado. This is my second purchase with Emich Chevrolet. Clint Booth did an excellent job in answering my questions and making the buying experience very pleasant. Also their Service Department is well run and responsive.
I had a very good experience purchasing my 2019 Chevy Bolt EV from Emrich. They were helpful over the phone before I came in, which really minimized the time needed to close the deal. The staff was courteous, transparent, and easy to work with, and I never felt pressured. I’m happy with the deal and would recommend them.

Cory was very nice, however when I called to ask about pricing to install my side boards on my truck, he quoted me $250 an hour. A bit steep but I made the appointment any way. It took less than an hour to complete and I was excited that it was only going to cost $250. When I was told to total was $395 I was shocked.
