I scheduled my drop off first thing in the morning. Upon arrival I was told that my car would not be serviced or evaluated until the next day. You held my car for over 24 hours before beginning my service. Why did I make an appointment for the day before? There was very little information provided by Joe. After ten days I texted Joe for an update and he gave me a three word response, “tomorrow I hope”. One part was needed and was shipped from another dealer but it still took 12 days to get my car back. That seems like a long time.
