Took our Corvette in for an oil change and left with a new truck for our fleet. Michael greeted me as soon as I entered the showroom. I explained to him that I wasn’t looking to buy a vehicle that same day, but I was interested in looking into trading in my Silverado for a new Colorado. They didn’t make me feel pressured into doing anything I didn’t want to. They paid high dollar amount for my truck and this allowed for me to be able to trade in my vehicle for a new Colorado 2026 ZR2. My pontiac Torrent drove onto the tow truck and ran fine but had a ll the warning light illuminated. for $700,00 I got back a thing that would barely run and still had all it's lights on

Day 8 without my brand new car and no one is doing anything about it. They cant repair it as the part is on indefinite back order due the idiot causing all the trade wars. I can't work even with the rental as the car I purchased is an EV and registered as such on rideshare. That not working part is costing me 700 dollars per week minimum so this is getting out of hand fast. Very unhappy with Chevy right now. I see no other way to get the attention of corporate. The individuals helping at Emich are appropriately being rated below. The one star is satisfaction with Chevy, or lack thereof as the case is here. Somehow, they did it. The car is charging. The biggest frustration was the fact that answers about things like parts and such we really not there. This is of course no fault of the team at Emich. I LOVE this car, love at first drive. That was a big part of the reason I was so bummed when it stopped working correctly. This whole team at Emich killed it and I am very happy to get my car back tomorrow. Thanks to you all.
